These F&B tenants include Union Artisan Coffee; Fei Fan Hotpot; Ying Ker Luo Hakka Cuisine; Gajah Mada which serves Indonesia fare; Japanese dessert chain Fuwagori, Maruki Ramen Tokyo and Oliver Gourmet - the supermarket chain besides Q Bistro and Boozeat bar.
