MTPN 2019 CONSUMERS’ CHOICE AWARD

15th January 2020  Johor Bahru :"Consumer's Choice Award": The MTPN 2019 Consumer Choice Award organized by the National Consumer Action Council has been held recently at Cathay Restaurant,Eco Spring, Tebrau,  Johor Bharu The award was officiated by Tebrau Member of Parliament YB Mr Steven Choong Shiau Yoon, and recognized 41 business owner winner's in Johor received the Consumer’s Choice Awards from the National Consumer Action Council (MTPN) for providing excellent service to Johoreans and consumer choice across Malaysia.

YB Steven Choong Shiau Yoon congratulated to MTPN President Datuk Dr Kevy KV Yeo for speaking out for consumer rights and fighting consumer issues in addition to organizing this consumer choice award.Datuk Dr Kevy KV Yeo, President of the National Consumer Action Council (MTPN) in his speech said the award could impact consumers in terms of product innovation, price and quality of seller or supplier services. educating the public on commercializing social enterprises, especially in consumer affairs.Consumers’ Choice Award has been considered a business seal of excellence. For recipients, the award not only constitutes the crowning achievement of their efforts, but also represents the knowledge that they have earned the trust and loyalty of consumers.

 The National Consumer Action Council (MTPN) is an agency of the Worldwide Consumers Association and serves as a liaison between the ministry and consumer. MTPN is also active in resolving various consumer issues and organizing awards to recognize consumer choice.
